The book I read is called If You Come Softly. This book is about two kids - Ellie and Miah - of different race. They met one day by literally running into each other in the school, Percy, hall and dropping their books. They met eyes, and fell in love with each other. They finally met up together again and became boyfriend and girlfriend. A lot of people give them funny looks and even ask Ellie if she's OK because she's with a black person. Despite all the harsh words, they learn to live with it and are happy with each other, until one day, a tragic accident happens and they can never be together again.
I thought this was a very good book. The ending was a little surprising, but other than that, it was a very good book. So I would rate it four stars out of five because the book was good, but I didn't like the ending.

The book I read If you come softly its about two teenage met in the school and they fallen in love and they both have a different race, Ellie is white and Jeremiah(miah) is black and the both families are totally different, and they are still in love for a long time and they went out and Ellie met Jermiah's mom and Ellie hasnt. Miah git shot and then Ellie never seen him again.
I rate this book to 4 because I dont like the ending what the whole point of the book.

You should read this book because its about different race, fellinn in luve, death. I rate this book 4 cause its bout love

The book, If You Come Softly, was a very good book. The dialouge of the book was very easy to understand for any age. The location was very well thought out, as well as the characters. Some of the main characters were very realistic. Jeremiah (Miah) was a very interesting character with a very intreresting family. Ellie's family was also very believable because some parents might leave there family to (get away). This book was very good, except for the ending, which was a very dissapointingto read. Besides the ending I would give this book 4 out of 5 stars. Hope you enjoy the book!
